RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at your earliest convenience prior to starting your return! We are here to answer your questions and address your needs! Email us at rcsupremacyfl@gmail.com or contact us here.

We accept returns that are postage stamped for return within 5 days of the original delivery date, unused and within it's original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There is no restocking fee applicable for approved returns.

Electronics (servo, receiver, gyro, ESC, motor, etc.), chassis and kits are not eligible for return and will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damage to items that occurs in transit, or after misuse or mishandling after delivery.
 
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued upon inspection and approval of your returned item. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method at purchase price, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your refund.
