SHIPPING & PROCESSING
All orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your purchase. If your order must be changed in any way, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try our best to accommodate prior to your order being shipped. Tracking information is also provided via email.
All shipments will be sent out via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Package with an expected delivery of 3-4 business days unless delivery priority otherwise purchased by customer. No shipping is available on Sundays or federal holidays. All domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. International shipping is available at buyer's expense.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at your earliest convenience prior to starting your return! We are here to answer your questions and address your needs!
We accept returns that are postage stamped for return within 5 days of the original delivery date, unused and within it's original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There is no restocking fee applicable for approved returns.
Electronics (servo, receiver, gyro, ESC, motor, etc.), chassis and kits are not eligible for return and will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damage to items that occurs in transit, or after misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Replacements for defected items may be sent out to you on our behalf.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are issued upon inspection and approval of your returned item. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method at purchase price, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your refund.
